WWW.SAVONILLE.PH is operated by SAVONILLE on Shopify. All information, products and services available in this website are proprietary to SAVONILLE and offered to its customers with the understanding that all terms and conditions have been accepted prior to any transaction.
Please read the following terms carefully as all site guests will be subjected to these guidelines:
- In accessing our site, you guarantee that you are of legal age and that all information you will provide for transactions are true and correct.
- SAVONILLE reserves its right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Should we encounter such instance, the customer will receive a proper advise from email@example.com.
- Some details in this site may be modified at any given time so it is the responsibility of the customer to read the descriptions and check on possible changes before confirming orders.
- The information on the products are prepared in the best effort of the SAVONILLE team though customers must note that descriptions are for general information and should not be relied on as the only basis for your decision to make the purchase.
- This site does not run third-party ads or other external links at the moment. Should your browser direct you to unaffiliated sites, it is understood that SAVONILLE is free from any liability or responsibility.
- To shop, indicate the quantity on your chosen product then click ADD TO CART. This will lead you to your order summary. You may choose to continue selecting other items by clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING or proceed to CHECK OUT once you are done. You will be asked to accomplish your customer information before you may continue to the shipping method.
- Our payment methods:
- Credit Card payments via Paypal (No paypal account needed): Transactions made under SAVONILLE.PH are confirmed through PayPal to ensure that they are secured and validated. SAVONILLE does not have access to the customer’s credit card details and are only given the information necessary to confirm the payment and process the delivery of orders.
- Bank Deposit and Online Transfer Payments (Pay within 48 hours): You will be asked to make the deposit to BPI CA 1590-0328-71 under the account of MPPFS NATURAL ENTERPRISES and forward a copy of the transaction receipt (deposit slip) to firstname.lastname@example.org or through VIBER at 0917.7700011.
- Cash on Delivery: Through our partnered courier, we accept Cash on delivery for orders below Php2,000. All orders that are above Php2,000 will not be processed immediately and will be required to pay through bank deposit.
- SAVONILLE only serves transactions for delivery to addresses within the Philippines. To explore arrangements for other territories, you may send your inquiry to email@example.com or to 0917.770.0011.
- Your order will be shipped after SAVONILLE is able to confirm your payment. Shoppers are expected to accomplish their payment 48 hours after the the order has been placed; otherwise, unconfirmed payments may be cancelled.
- Shoppers are then free to make another order placement once they are certain that the transaction will be pursued.
- Shipping to delivery addresses within Metro Manila takes about 3 to 7 days from payment confirmation and about 7 to 10 days for delivery in provincial addresses. Should your package take much longer, please give us a heads up so SAVONILLE may alert the courier provider to take action.
- For instances when a customer receives wrong items or switched packages, please contact 0917.770.0011 so the issue may be addressed the soonest possible.
- For orders processed around holiday seasons, we anticipate delays due to high volume surge. Do alert us should your delivery take longer than the prescribed period so we can follow up with the courier provider.
- Our platform is still new and we are working on making other payment options available for you.
CANCELATION & RETURNS
- Orders may be cancelled only if your package has not been shipped out yet. A written request for cancellation must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from placing your online order to ensure proper facilitation.
- A change of heart is not a valid reason for product returns. Although a rare occurrence, only products received with damage will be considered for return as long as they are within 7 days after the package has been received.
- Products bought at a promo rate are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Products to be returned must be unused and intact in its original condition from purchase. If the product came in a set, it must be returned as such.
- SAVONILLE encourages its customers, particularly those with skin conditions, to consult their respective doctors prior to use of the products. Although SAVONILLE products have a mild formulation of natural ingredients, skin reaction may vary for different people.
- Customers agree to indemnify and hold SAVONILLE harmless from any claim or demand within the scope of these terms of service.
- As a SAVONILLE customer, you are encouraged to give us a feedback on your experience with our products. Although there’s no allocated space for posting in this site, customers may do so on the SAVONILLE social media accounts @savonille or send them to email@example.com.
